Diet and Hydration


The first foremost requirement for yoga is that it is done empty stomach. No food for two to three hours before the class. Bring lots of the water for several days before the first class. As per the modern medical advice our body requires at least two to three liter of water.

It should be taken small quantities at different intervals. Never take too much water at the same time. It may put pressure on kidney function.
